1. PARTIES AND EVENTS
Parties and events are not allowed at 26 Bricks, regardless of the number of people.

If such an event is detected, the reservation will be immediately canceled, and guests will be asked to leave without a refund.

2. QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Failure to respect these hours may result in:
• Contacting the contracted security company;
• Notifying the competent authorities (Romanian Police);
• In repeated cases, a disturbance fee may be applied, and eviction may occur.

3. NUMBER OF GUESTS
Only the guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the premises.

Additional visitors who have not been informed or approved by the host are not permitted.

4. SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
Balconies or designated areas may be used if available.

5. DAMAGES AND RESPONSIBILITY
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents.
Any malfunction or incident must be reported to the host immediately.

6. GENERAL BEHAVIOR
Please keep the property clean and treat it as your own home.
Respect the neighbors and the common areas of the building.

Failure to follow these rules may result in termination of your stay without a refund and notification of the authorities.

7. EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT
Early check-in and late check-out are available (subject to apartment availability). Payment is made on-site, and the rate varies depending on the requested time.
